The Association of Rangers and Conservationists Victoria (ARCV) in conjunction with the Global Leadership Foundation is running a two-day workshop to train Rangers so that they can then deliver this workshop to other Rangers and conservationists to help with their emotional health and leadership.
This program is part of our Strategy. This training enables our association to take this further by having willing members step up and deliver this program to other Rangers in Victoria, Nationally and Internationally.
Where: “The Commons” QV Building, 3 Albert Coates Lane, Melbourne (corner of Swanston Street and Lonsdale Street)
When: 19th and 20th June 2024 from 10.00 am – 4.30 pm on both days.
Cost: $990.00 (inc GST) to the individual

Morning Tea, Lunch, and Afternoon Tea are provided and each participant will receive their workbook and our book ‘Working with Emotional Health and the Enneagram’.
Each person will be mentored and coached by one of the Global Leadership Foundation facilitation team as “The Emotionally Healthy Ranger” workshops are delivered. The Emotionally Healthy Ranger is a co-facilitated workshop and Global will continue to take the lead role in the workshop whilst people develop the capability to confidently facilitate, manage group dynamics, and lead by example in continuing to develop their emotional health.

Many people have already attended a 2-hour workshop on this subject, Oceania CORA in NZ, at Wilsons Prom and in other states such as the Queensland Muster, so if you have done the workshop and want to become a trainer, contact contact us to register your attendance. If you haven't done the workshop and wish to do this training, please contact us ASAP and we can contact Global Leadership and see if they can work you through the prerequisite needed to do this training.
